Born and educated in England.
Served 5 years with the Royal Air Force.
Started taking pictures at the age of 13.
Moved to Switzerland in 1979.

Commenced work as a freelance photographer in 1989 and subsequently attended various seminars given by Alberto Venzago, René Gröbeli, Peter Gasser etc.

Journeys abroad include Ireland, Russia, Cosovo and Peru. There are still many journeys to be made...

Publications include work in various magazines and brochures and two books of photographs. 

I firmly believe in the power and magic of the black and white photograph.
My main interest lies in documenting the lives of people, where they live and work.
