Tour de Suisse in Küssnacht

The Tour de Suisse - this was one of the highlights of 2025 for Küssnacht - both the men’s and ladies’ races either started or ended in the village. The town’s people had been preparing for weeks for the big event with many side shows and smaller attractions. It’s a cruel sport and many of the competitors were over heated and near exhaustion when they crossed the finish line and had to be helped off their bikes, set down in a cool place and given its to drink.
